Mounds View High School Head Speech Coach will be responsible for facilitating and overseeing staff, daily practices and competitions.  Coach is responsible for maintaining highly competitive, state tournament level individuals and cohesive team.  Participation numbers have been between 75 and 90 over the last five years.
